Can we keep our merchant account?
Yes. Bring the merchant account and processor you already use. Your card rates stay with them. ivolli adds only the 5¢ per payment.
Are any features held back?
No. Every club gets every feature, for every sport and every member.
What if our club doesn’t charge for court time?
Turn money off in bookings. Players book without prices, and no-shows count as strikes instead of fees. Dues, events and the pro shop still bill normally.
Can we pass card costs on to members?
Yes. Turn on a credit card surcharge or a cash discount program in Payments and fees. ivolli shows the notices and receipts these programs require. Check your state’s rules before turning one on.
